The Alouette River Management Society is here to bring your child’s favorite games, hobbies, and characters to life!  ARMS specializes in environmental education and is committed to redirecting children back to nature and outdoor play.  We encourage teamwork, creativity, independence, and building new friendships.

16 – 20 July 2018 – Pixelmon Camp

Ages: 6 to 12 years.

Fee: $180 for full week (M-F) or $40 per day individual registration (M-F).

Times: 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

It’s Minecraft….it’s Pokemon…it’s both!

Whether your child is into Minecraft or Pokemon or both, they will love this fun and exciting camp filled with many activities to keep them learning, playing, and making friends.  Themed games, themed crafts, life-size foosball, ecological learning and exploration through nature right outside our backdoor in Allco Park!

23 – 27 July 2018 – Build It! Bake It! Camp

Ages: 8 to 12 years.

Fee: $180 for full week (M-F) or $40 per day individual registration (M-F).

Times: 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Each day campers learn how to design and build their creations using wood. They will learn how to safely use common tools. Campers will also learn how to create their own baked goods in the kitchen.  In the process, they will learn how to measure ingredients, follow instructions, and work with others while making friends along the way.  Campers will also get outdoors with foraging games and sporting activities, hunting for natural materials to use in their creations.

 

30 July to 3 August 2018 – Nature Detectives Camp

Ages: 5 to 8 years.

Fee: $180 for full week (M-F) or $40 per day individual registration (M-F).

Times: 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Campers will explore their surroundings and learn about the importance of the natural world through fun-filled, exciting summer adventures!  Hands-on, up-close look at nature mysteries in Allco Park.  Daily themes include: predators and endangered species of the Fraser Valley, what lives in our rivers, learn how to identify local birds and bugs and animal tracks, how these animals help our forest, native plant identification and traditional uses. Come explore the amazing natural world found right here in Maple Ridge through arts, crafts, journaling, games, solving eco-mysteries and friendship-building.

7 to 10 August 2018 – Finding Dory Camp

Ages: 5 to 8 years.

Fee: $144 for full week (M-F) or $40 per day individual registration (M-F).
NOTE: 4-day week only due to BC Civic Day.

Times: 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

In this fun and games-filled camp, campers will navigate all the amazing wonders of water. They will seek out creatures that live in the water, learn how to purify water and how to drink air!  Campers will spend lots of time outdoors at our camp, playing games and hunting for Dory and her fishy friends! Lots of arts, crafts and fun to engage kids while making friends and creating memories!

13 – 17 August 2018 – Pixelmon Camp
